Posting the vDriver mechanical draft here.
vDriver is a game where you assume the role of a titular vDriver, a conduit that can connect with and summon echoes from the Digital Sea. These echoes can be "Installed" into the vDriver, granting them supernatural capabilities as they get more in tune with the Install.
Each vDriver starts with the following stats:
>Willpower, which starts at 2. When your WP hits 0, you can't keep going anymore. If your Drive is 0 at the start of your turn, you lose 1 Willpower and
>Drive, the emotional energy that fuels your powers and your motivation to fight. Drive starts at a base equal to (50+DUR+PRE), and increases by 25 every Rank. Dealing damage increases your own Drive, and taking damage reduces your Drive. When your Drive hits 0, you "Break", and can't use any abilities or be further harmed until the start of your next turn.
>Rank, which determines the total levels of all Installs you can have. This starts at 3.
vDrivers also have 30 points they can distribute to the following stats (each starts at 0 and can be 0 if you want):
>Power (POW) - Physical ability. Increases damage dealt with physical attacks and increases effectiveness of physical moves.
>Durability (DUR) - Physical toughness. Increases your base Drive and increases resistance to certain physical moves and conditions.
>Force (FOR) - Mental ability. Increases damage dealt with supernatural attacks and increasese effectiveness of supernatural moves.
>Presence (PRE) - Mental tougness. Increases your base Drive and increases resistance to certain supernatural moves and conditions.
You get 5 additional points to distribute as desired every Rank (the starting 30 points is 20+(5*2).)
Installs' abilities are split into 5 Levels. You can have total Install levels up to your Rank.
Installs also have a Faction (indicating any affiliations the Install has) and a Nature (indicating the type of body the Install has). If multiple Installs you have share any of these attributes, each Install with a shared attribute(s) gains 1 Bonus Level. These Bonus Levels do not count against the limit of levels the vDriver can equip.
Each turn, players get 3 Action Slots that they can use to move or perform Install abilities. Certain effects can increase or decrease the number of Action Slots you have access to, but the default is always 3.
Example Install - Ninomae Ina'nis
>Faction - HoloMyth; UmiSea
>Nature - Human; Horror
>Lv 1 - Summon (Takodachi) - Spend a small amount of Drive to summon a Takodachi. Takodachi will deal 1d4 damage each to a unit in the same space as you at the end of each of your turns, cannot be targeted, will always move to match your position, and do not take their own turn. When you are Broken, half of your currently-summoned Takodachi are instantly dismissed (minimum 1). When you would spend Drive to use an Active ability, you can instead dismiss a number of Takodachi to cover the cost (# dismissed depends on cost of ability)
>Lv 2 - Whispers - At the start of each of your turns, drain FOR/3 (rounded down) Drive from all foes. Increase this drain by 1 for each Takodachi you have summoned.
>Lv 3 - Craft Soda - Spend a moderate amount of Drive to create a bottle of Dr. Oopsie. You can give this bottle to a unit or to yourself to gain 30 Drive instantly.
>Lv 4 - Copycatalyst - Spend a mild amount of Drive. This ability's effect becomes the same effect as a "Catalyst" Install ability in the current encounter (your choice, if multiple).
>Lv 5 - Inspire the Deep - At the start of your turn, if your Drive is less than your Base Drive, +2 Action Slots for that turn.
Reply to this post to call me a faggot and/or suggest vtubers to make draft Installs for. Please include relevant lore. If I know the chuuba I'll try and fill in any holes, but feel free to suggest indies or smaller corpos, not just Holo/Nijis.
