ff.net (and also fuck that place). It's a very simple interface with the option of a rich text editor or HTML. It won't store drafts, so better to work on google docs and paste. Tags and whatnot are very easy to use. It's basically all one step. Now for the most important question: what are you writing? Will we be fed?
