Kurocolor did that perfectly fine on their own with their smear campaign, the termination letter and the black screen stream. Doki didn't do shit and didn't have to.
Kurocolor basically poured oil around themselves, lit a match, laughed, tried to run out, slipped on the oil and lit the oil and themselves on fire in the process.
Meanwhile Doki was standing on the sidelines watching it all unfold like picrel and only defended herself as necessary.
Everything that has happened to Kurocolor is completely self inflicted.
