>>88789213I don't really like OC characters, this was also an issue I had with writing Shiro the protagonist, named after their white hair (it's actually Shiroi in Japanese and Shiro is castle but let's ignore that). I was having an internal debate between OC, self insert or chuuba as protag. I just had so many doubts about in which direction to head in that I ended up going nowhere instead and got stuck.
