Being approved by management means absolutely nothing to me after how bad EN's management has been since 2020, if anything if it's manager-approved it's most likely a clusterfuck of a decision that will further encourage division and culture wars. Henma has the worst track record of any manager so seeing the state Shiori is in now is no surprise when I look at the bigger picture.
