On the other hand, what if FUWAMOCO said "we want to sing lots of songs that inspire people, we are going to stand on stage one day!" and then started doing monthly covers, a new orisong every 4 months, showing off growth in both archived and unarchived karaoke, people could really get behind that. Right now I think their goal is kinda loosely just "Numbers" which is both vague and unsatisfying for everyone. But if we had a journey, a shared journey with a big goal, and lots of fun things to do together where we can all get hyped up and push for that goal it would be more fun for FUWAMOCO and fans. This is fundamentals probably, but without it I think we will stagnate. It should be simple, just state "we want to do this!! Let's goooooo!!!" and then start working towards it regardless of what it actually is. It can even be applied to smaller things. Think about Kanatan and her blue axolotl arc, exact formula I'm describing. She wanted to do it, then showed everyone her efforts and people got deeply into it. FUWAMOCO can also strategize like this, easy.
