I checked the earliest twitter interactions with NijiID that were initiated by Moona, Iofi and Risu. Sample NijiID livers were : Taka Radjiman, Hana Macchia, Zea Cornelia and Siska.
For context : HoloID Gen 1 debuted in April 2020.
The earliest replies from all 4 of them were very cordial and natural, and there was no instance where Moona and Risu replied to one of them and got ignored (except one "good morning" message from Iofi to Taka).
I have no idea where this rrat spouted from or for what purpose, but consider it squished as of now.
