Get this working with livestreamed footage, and then make the vtuber AI controlled. You can basically sell this as a tomogachi app. Anyone in the world can have their own vtuber friend right in their phone, it even talks to them.
You could interface this with the Apple Vision Pro, and make vtubers REAL.
You could license this technology to other vtuber companies, or other companies entirely. This would unironically be a billion dollar idea.
