>>50397484The point was that there are never any rules against it, so expecting every member to stick to that instead of making their own choice on the matter is bound to have a chance to disappoint you.
>Hololive has existed avoiding male presence on streams for longer than it did with itTowa, Matsuri, FBK, and Sora have never shied away from it so it's never actually left Hololive as a whole. Again, if the chuuba ever decides they want to stop or start it ends up being entirely up to them. Like how Ayame or Subaru have not really collabed with any since those early days, or how FBK continues to every now and then. HoloEN are the same and there was never any substantial change no matter how much we could try and say "that's not what hololive became known for" that's why Bae and a few members of HoloID have decided to do it from the start. People should rightfully be upset at unprofessional or hypocritical responses or actions, but personally the furthest it goes in terms of upholding some sense of honor for their senpais is actually being respectful to Hololive and it's members. Unfortunately collabing with males doesn't fall into "disrespectful" territory unless they're berating their fans or being hypocritical, because there are other members who set that precedent and do it to this day. I sound like a broken record with these points.
If the niche was "solidified" they would have a rule in place, like project kawaii, but as you can see Yagoo is quite fond of holostars and the whole "idol" thing never actually applies except for marketing otherwise "seiso" wouldn't just be a meme to be defied repeatedly.
