I usually grab the image hotlink from a page (using F12 if necessary) and crop a few pixels so the MD5 is different from any "identical" picture someone might have directly saved from a page. I also rename it using only alphabetical characters so there is no way to derive where it was taken from.
At least the thread got some posts after derailing, even though it is not quite what you wanted.
