I'll give you this one: Fauna's relationship with her boyfriend was in fact strained at that moment because he felt that she's prioritizing her career over their relationship too much. While in Japan, Fauna got enamoured by Kronii's failgirl rizz (partly because she felt pity for Kronii, partly because most incels are repellants because of their intense, focused desperation, and Kronii's was directed at Sally at the moment) and started to question her existing relationship, and was on the brink of dumping her BF and making her and Kronii an official thing.
Now, someone ratted her out to Kronii. I don't know who exactly, might have been Shondo's scheming, might have been Kiara (as we know from that wedding dress exchange, we know Fauna confides in Kiara for some reason even though they aren't particularly close). For Kronii obviously it was a big shock, a from the frying pan and into the fire moment, her still painfully fresh PTSD sent her spiralling and she went full retard confronting Fauna about it.
Kronii could've had it all but was betrayed.
