>>80112032You enchant with mending by putting the tool you wish to enchant on an anvil with either a mending enchantment book, or the same type of tool that already has mending on it.
You can combine enchantments too, say if you have a fishing rod with Mending and Lure, and you have another fishing rod with Luck of the Sea, you can put them together to get a fishing rod with Mending, Lure, and Luck of the Sea.
Make sure you have enough XP to do so.
