Such mindset can easily lead you to a dead end where you've got a lot of difficult problems and no good solutions, it's a rather miserable and demotivating spot to be in.
In early years he at least had Anny and others be the creative minds for the stream, now they fucked off and he is pretty bad at being creative himself.
