You seem to imply the “faking” should be a turn off. It is actually a turn on and feeds into the preference of the target audience.
It’s the whole reason “sexy outfits” exist in the first place. Very few people would trade their wifes for an actual nurse on their account alone, but many would love their wifes to dress up as one to spice up their sex life.
I get that this sort of explanation will go over the heads of people here but you can figure that one out easily if you put your imagination to work
