And this is just my headcanon, but I believe Korone is bi and Okayu is straight.
They are "basically family" according to themselves, and it seemed like Okayu was uncomfortable with it when the shipping went out of hand - they basically said they "aren't like that" in an Apex stream as a reaction, if I recall correctly.
