It's textbook example of why you take decisive action and don't act wish washy in a crisis or do things to try and cover it up after the fact by whining and making it a much bigger shitshow than it should be.
Kronii's suffers from the same problem on smaller scale where she'll waffle on making hard choices, like the minecraft timeloop or telling the suicidal schitzos to stop sending her SCs. They didn't blow up, but the core issue of ignoring it and hoping it goes away is still there.
