Technically, Cover produces all of their original music except specific ones that go through labels or special ones like Ahoy! that have shared rights.
What is known, however, is that except for special circumstances, Cover DOES NOT produce the MVs that come out with songs. Those are left up to the talent who typically commision artists themselves, either directly or through their managers.
And again, Cover's involvement most likely ended with the completion of the track itself. The MV is Gura's project, just like how other holos are responsible for their own MVs.
You don't seem to know anything about this and are a total newfag unfamiliar with how Cover and their talent make music and music videos.
