>>30052950>>30053041>>30053133Skimmed a little more thoroughly. It sounds like it really was simply a case of miscommunication again.
To the likes of phase, KR and ID rep: I know a lot of anons like keeping plot developments hidden as a "surprise," but when discussing potentially contentious matters -- such as international affairs and especially matters like vassalages or KR's Mechaffyna curse -- please consider being more transparent about your intentions. This feels a little too much like instances where DnD campaigns fall apart because players want to insist on keeping secrets from the DM, with the thread itself being the DM in this case. It's a little late for me to be saying this now, since the misunderstanding already happened, but please try to be clearer about your intentions in the future. A lot of the thread's arguments seem to occur because people misunderstand where their partners want to take the story. A little less of the "I have the BEST plot twist!" attitude from everyone would really help to mitigate this.
To Panon and Alice: I understand how tiring it must be to constantly be caught in the center of these arguments, but your detractors absolutely have a point about your tendency to cry "schizo/anti!" and then leave the argument. It's a flaw I've pointed out to Panon in the past, and I personally still stand by the advice I gave him then: do not post when angry. Wait half an hour, come back with a clearer head and explain yourself calmly. When you post a knee-jerk, defensive reaction to criticism, it makes you come off as alarmingly childish. The two of you in particular have hot tempers, but you also cool back down quickly. Don't make the mistake of saying something you'll potentially regret once you've calmed.
To those who bring up concerns about 2434: You absolutely have valid points. I know I wasn't here for most of these arguments and lack context, but just from reps on this thread, I can understand why the things that have occured were alarming. I will also openly state I have felt on some occasions that 2434 is gaining power a little too quickly. But it is possible to criticize people without attacking them. Please attempt to convey your concerns rationally, rather than in the form of shitposts and/or "Are we really just going to let x happen?" posts, which can come across as attempts to start drama. Now that the thread has at least one actual, resident schizo who is constantly attempting to cause tensions between reps, it's more important than ever to let clearer heads prevail. Panon and Alice are generally amiable when approached non-confrontationally, but I absolutely understand that they themselves often come across as the aggressors. They often don't mean it, though. They're just total shit at expressing themselves. If one of them says something alarming, please calmly ask them whether they're being serious or shitposting, and further to explain their reasoning if they're being serious.
