A graduation isn't that big, especially since it comes after a pattern of long 'hiatuses' for 'health' and then terminations/graduations in 2024 it just seems like the shareholders have fucked up cover and they're seeing an exodus of workers who are unsatisfied with whatever new rules are being rolled out.
