Because while Hololive has explicitly split the genders (Hololive for their female talent, HoloStars for their male talent), Nijisanji has no such split.
I will admit, I sometimes feel like I don't support male Vtubers enough (the only one I watch regularly is FalseEyeD, with occasional clips of Nuxtaku and Takahata here and there), but that just might be how the industry is; something like 90% of Vtubers, both on YouTube and Twitch, are female, so naturally, I (and people in general) are going to watch more female Vtubers.
