January 9 (Monday)
The other day, I found a cup ramen with dumpling flavor.
I tried it.
The ingredients are mysterious chunks of meat, green onions and cabbage.
When I tried it, it did not taste much like gyoza.
I was wondering why, so I chewed it while picturing a huge dumpling in my mind.
But it didn't have much effect.
I turned off the music I had been playing to concentrate on the taste.
I was surprised to be able to feel the taste and smell of the gyoza easily. The five senses are very sensitive.
I tasted the dumplings with a dash of raayu (Chinese red chili oil).
It was delicious.
I will do my best for another week.
