I'm not going to make assumptions and will go only by stated facts. So really, "Elira met God" by itself isn't a statement that directly translates into powerscaling, since it could very well be (and is most likely) after the creation of the universe, since all we got from Elira is that she is above a couple of millions years old, and the universe is typically way, way older than that.
