I was originally thinking of having it as Polka sneaking around behind the company's back to make more original content and falling in love with you(r attention). The parasocial thread gave me the start, but it's not really something I see myself finishing, and it can really fit anyone, no one wants to stagnate, there's always that light desperation there.
