It's starting to look like that whenever you are in some live you get "stuck" to that live and won't count as views for any other live until that first one finishes.
That would explain this chart: the only one counted initially were the ones not coming from other streams (meaning her base audience).
Then Pekora's stream ended and whoever came from that stream (at any moment, not just after ending) started getting counted.
Then Lamy went to superchat reading and only her base audience remained.
