You would have enough to hire new managers and more production staff for every new gen. the sad reality is that there just arent as many new vtuber fans. Every internet active person has at least heard of vtubers by now, and a lot of internet active people have watched at least a clip or two and we have reached the point where the people who know about vtubers just dont care so the only new growth will come from literal children. people growing up and getting into the hobby fresh is only going to carry a new gen so much. existing vtuber fans can only spend so much money. you could add 1000 new talents to holo and it isnt going to massively increase the average spend per customer, it will just shift where and how they spend their same money. the way for Cover/Holo to grow (by their own statements) is to find new and interesting types of merch/events using the same established line of characters. Game sponsors like Korone's Sonic and Bijou and friends MonHun are a great way to cross promote and give unique merch opportunities. I would easily pay $5 for a layered armor in Wilds that replaced my model with a Holo similar to how they did the Witcher cross over with the Geralt model and that cross over even came with a new monster to fight and I would easily pay some amount for a figure (not acrylic stando) or even just a big high quality print to put on the wall of the Bijou and friends fighting a rathalos
