I was also mainly trying to get it 'assisted', so girl A giving the blowjob while girl B holds her head, but my every attempt has just resulted in pov hands grabbing the head instead. Might also be my prompt game being too weak, I'll take some more cracks at it another time.
What I have learned is that Regional Prompt is actually pretty damn good with more popular/familiar compositions. When I went for the 2girls left-and-right rather than above-and-below the results became significantly better.
