>>75654971To be fair it could be many things, EN 3 was definitely a very hyped up generation and they've put more into them from a production standpoint than Council had up to this point so maybe the rules they have to follow are different and they're unsure on what they can/can't say before it's made official. Who knows, Vtuber secrecy be weird as always.
