As for your ideas, also relatable, but maybe try dividing them into categories even as raw thoughts for now. I know that Retro has robots callled Onobots so maybe you can find inspiration from there. Beyond that, Unfortunately, I cannot help you with chuubanite at all since anytime I try to do something with it, it goes wrong kek.
If it feels frustrating now, I would recommend thinking about of things with your government, society, etc. I would love to help you if I can and from experience can help you not get burnt out.
Also, take your time with brainstorming. I had an issue of rushing in to quickly that lead to problems for me and caused me (with my nijimales comrade) to re write my whole lore doc. This can be the hardest part of the project, and I fully empathize with you here.
