Now expecting everyone to get along with no conflict is a pipedream but that human nature. We're conflictive beings only looking for whats best for ourselves, that doesn't mean there should be an attempt to get along though. I think that's the main point of "be nise". It's a mindset to turn the other cheek instead of pursuing conflict.
