There have been literal QRTs just shitting on those types of posts because the types of people that do those "follow for follow" or "i want more people to raid!" things have a 1:10 follower ratio and never actually follow up, or just straight up ignore them entirely. Anyone who posts in their threads just boosts up their engagement and algorithm on twitter.
You're honestly better off just talking to people on twitch and actually getting to know them, especially smaller ones that stream on your timezone. Show actual interest in them and their content and they'll return the favor in kind.
