Sure, it would probably look cool as a fantasy monster, but that's not how cute girls look like. If you're tasked with drawing a cute girl and you come up with this - you have a problem with having control over your style. Drawing deliberately something different than you've been asked and getting pissy people don't like it does not make you a greater artist that lowly commoner can't understand, it makes you a cunt that uses some cheap trick to feel better about himself.
