Yapping and being consistent is literally all you need for requirements, outside having numbers to show that you can draw an audience. FSP could work for him, I'd say. If you think about other larger male vtubers from /here/, Lclonq and Uwo are extremely niche vtubers that while they have a large following and ccv, don't really work in a corporate setting.
I don't think he probably would do it though, considering he's funding an entire model that's literally being rigged right now. But Rinna was in the same boat, and we all know how that turned out, so...
