Every Christian freaking out about "demonic imagery" is honestly pathetic considering that as long as you don't literally worship it, there's nothing to be said about such depictions outside of medieval-era superstitions that came from older, pagan beliefs where images actually held power in their folklore. Even the whole "holding up a crucifix to repel vampires or undead creatures" is a very recent addition to Christian mythos that is wholly unsubstantiated in the text otherwise.
