Therefore in order to make someone complaint the only way they can do that online (because they don't work in an office) is to mob people. So people are always getting mobbed for infractions, because this is the only reliable way for talent to police talent leading to a culture of bullying, high stress and mental instability. Essentially anytime someone steps out of line, there is a struggle session. This is probably why Doki doesn't want to name people - lack of management means that everyone is guilty and the real culprit is the fucked up system they have to use.
