There's already some pretty well established lore for how /uuu/ works and the kind of dynamics it has with technology and its culture.
It would be one thing if someone wrote a story about a rogue sapling or maybe a coven of stray Matres trying something against their teachings and instincts, etc, but this talk about shoving new tech into the lore is just up-ending a lot of things.

Honestly? /#/ doesn't have a rep or place in on the map yet and might would be a great place to try this sort of thing. They're generally considered "stealth /uuu/" and this lean into "machine efficiency" I think would fit well there.

Maybe back when I was settling on drawing the lines between greek/latin names mixing with more nordic/gaelic culture...
Off the cuff right now, the only thing I can think of is how saplings would ever move around the forests with togas, let alone keep them clean or in one piece
