I did 10 hours of what was effectively zatsu over the last 2 days (no stream tonight btw, I need to let my voice rest and touch some grass)
LCLONQ almost exclusively does zatsu
Fuza does dedicated zatsu streams
Beryl, Dante, Digby, Free effectively do zatsu over gameplay a lot of the time
Albert does zatsu colabs over fishing
Sun and Parseks do lectures
That's not an exhaustive list. Most guys have to fall back on knowing things and talking about it for content
