>>49686415Yeah, the cast of HI3 is almost entirely female and Hoyo doesn't shy away from depicting yuri so it's pretty common that we'll get ships that are canon from the outset like this. 3 examples off the top of my head: RitaxDurandal, KianaxMei, BronyaxSeele. In the latter case their relationship is pretty integral to their backstory and even the driving force for one of the game's story arcs. Most of the fandom ships turn out to be crackships just from Hoyo's tendency to fully commit to depicting a relationship.
