Next: Distance yourself from the more groomer types of 'fans', start paying more attention to actual fans and why they were there in the first place.
For Streams: Play less Gacha and Valoturd, start playing more interesting Games instead.
(Yakuza was one of them, can keep playing that until you run out of games in that series.)
Some more ASMR and/or GFE type streams as well, those are not only pretty kino but are known to bring in numbers as well (not to /#/fag btw).
Also some Drawing Streams might actually be a good call too, Finana is meant to actually be pretty good at drawing herself and even listed it as one of her hobbies on her Debut Stream. Would end up being pretty comfy and a nice change of pace for her too.
Miscellaneous: Avoid twitter outside of RTs, announcements, posting stream links, etc. But most definitely avoid Yabs on Twitter or instigating them yourself. In general don't say anything stupid that could easily backfire on you.
Try forging contacts/connections with livers & chuubas both in and out of Nijisanji, more potential collab opportunities will be good.
But also focus more on your solo streams and content, don't want too many collabs to drown out your other stuff.
Any of these steps are taken her stagnation can easily be turned around within days...
