Dokibird isn't a Hololive member. Choosing to draw extra attention to any indie vtuber (not just Dokibird) is an unreasonable/unjustifiable move on HYTE's part, because they haven't actually earned the loyalty of vtuber fans the way Hololive members have.
Hell, just look at their promos, look at their twitter banner (picrel). They know their brand is successful on the backs of Hololive member efforts. Do you think they're going to be including Dokibird in any promos like
