what's worse is with cars you're trusting hundreds/thousands of people you pass on the road while driving to all be competent at driving and not fucking retards. at least with a plane you're only really trusting the pilot and co-pilot, two people who are trained and certified. i'm always terrified when in a car behind huge trucks that don't give a fuck about the cars around them.
