She's been friends with Mel behind the scenes for over a year, she did multiple official channel skits with Choco, etc. Her and Acane had been in semi-regular contact ever since they met at the Zutomayo concert last April. On the EN side, it's clear the first collabs we've seen are much earlier along in Mori getting to know and be comfortable with them, which always works itself out over time. One of the JPs Mori is closest to still hasn't collabed with her yet, so it's not going to be weird when that eventually happens.
