Personally, I have a lot of difficulty naming stuff, so I tend to only naming things that need a name for a story, this way I can use its role in the story to get an idea for the name. If you have difficulty coming up with more names it would be okay to leave them unnamed. Or maybe naming them after things related to other hags?
Also, what's Kaiguno? Is that like "Mister" for Hagu?
