If you think about it, headpat events would be safer than handshake events which idols already do. Ruffians could just stand there and Fuwawa's hand could pat them from above. She would be in an elevated hidden position and since the fans aren't grasping her hand, nobody could grab her or hold on too long or pull her forward or smear anything on their hand. Everyone's head would be visible from above so she could skip if there were any issues, and the contact would be entirely one way.
