It of course involves an image to represent a character that I would act into, the gimmick being of course that whatever role I am taking is the draw. My first idea was to be some hapless engineer in a derelict station real far out in space whose only bid for entertainment is the somehow perfect transmission to Earth which is unquestioned and accepted as just "miraculous". The idea is that I would be introduced to Earth "culture" through chat and take EVERYTHING at face value, so if a chatter claimed that saying "parsnips" was the new "rad", I'd just say parsnips from then on to "fit in with the cool kids".
