If you wanna know it's "Sei", one of Lumi (old) mod who turned out to be a complete schizo spamming threads with gore and extreme porn for months in wvt while samefaggin all day long, harassing many vtubers, and also doxxed a JP tuber to retirement.
It also seems he was collecting doxx on many vtubers around, but he was sacked quickly after being found out, so now he's in the wild and doing that kind of stuff and seems to be taunting with his d*xx of kiki recently
