I think I can see both sides of the argument. On the one hand, chumbuds you’re being way too fucking needy. I love Gura but people ITT tend to fantasize that she loves her audience romantically. There doesn’t seem to be any basis for this belief though. She can love her shrimps without being IN love with them parasocially. Even if Gura was a GFE chuuba and she’s not, it’s still a job to her and she gets regular days off like anyone else.
On the other hand, I don’t see how it could hurt us to give a little update. Even just a few words. But from what I know about her I think Gura likes being able to detach from Hololive and live her own life without worrying about obligations to her fans or the company. She worries about going too far or telling too much about herself. If you want daily communication from your oshi, Gura isn’t for you.
