The point is that no matter where Mori gets to, she'll ALWAYS want to go further. Her creative drive and ambition insists on it. Everyone idolizes celebrities and imagines how awesome life would be if they were that popular. But once you understand what popularity entails, you'll realize it's not what you expected.
