There is nothing 'secretly' in this industry. It all comes out eventually in small pieces over time or large chunks at a time, no masks stay up month after month year after year without them morphing into something that already fits well, and you see all the signs in their behavior most especially towards viewers, the one thing they interact with more than anything - and you just don't see it there.
The worst I can say about her is that she should be less menhera and stream more often if she wants noombers but otherwise what you see is what you get; a teddy bear with hot fanservice.
