>>94027007NTA damn I don't have amd so hard for me to walk someone through it kek, installing on AMD is a bit painful mostly cause you will have to use comfyui, which is a very not beginner friendly UI.

Extract on to somewhere and in that folder there should be a file called "install.bat" click that and it should install everything needed (pray that no error happens kek, I don't know how many amd people we have to troubleshoot). If everything works out post back here, I can try walk you through a workflow.
