This encourages oilers but discourages people like artists trying to make a connection with Filian. If you need another example all you need to do is look at this thread. Despite Filian's popularity compared to other vtubers this general moves about as quickly as a general for a JP talent that streams once a week.
Filian doesn't lean into personal connections with members of her audience, and that distance trickles down into having much less fan art and fan projects.
